ROSTERS NOW OPEN – PLEASE SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER!
We have 38 volunteer rosters currently open (and counting) for our Twilight Fete and we will need all hands on deck. We need every family to sign up to volunteer for at least 2 hours. Volunteering is a great way of meeting new people or catching up with your friends, And naturally, it’s also a fantastic way to support our school – so please consider signing up for a couple of spots and encourage your friends to do the same. Most rosters run on Fete Day (26 October 2019) during the following times:
|10.00am-2.00pm||Set up crews|
|1.00-2.00pm||Coordinators set up stalls and activities|
|2.00-4.00pm||Stalls, activities and maintenance|
|4.00-6.00pm||Stalls, activities and maintenance|
|6.00-8.30pm||Stalls, activities and maintenance|
|7.00-9.30pm||Pack up crew|
If Fete Day is going to be difficult for you, we also need volunteers for our Sunday Clean Up Crew (27 October 2019).
With so many spots to choose from – including spots you can bring your children along to – everyone can get on board. Please sign up early – you can always cancel out of spots or sign up for other spots if your circumstances change.
