We have 38 volunteer rosters currently open (and counting) for our Twilight Fete and we will need all hands on deck. We need every family to sign up to volunteer for at least 2 hours. Volunteering is a great way of meeting new people or catching up with your friends, And naturally, it’s also a fantastic way to support our school – so please consider signing up for a couple of spots and encourage your friends to do the same. Most rosters run on Fete Day (26 October 2019) during the following times:

Time Spots
10.00am-2.00pm Set up crews
1.00-2.00pm Coordinators set up stalls and activities
2.00-4.00pm Stalls, activities and maintenance
4.00-6.00pm Stalls, activities and maintenance

If Fete Day is going to be difficult for you, we also need volunteers for our Sunday Clean Up Crew (27 October 2019).

With so many spots to choose from – including spots you can bring your children along to –  everyone can get on board. Please sign up early – you can always cancel out of spots or sign up for other spots if your circumstances change.

(but just not yet…)

The school is not yet ready to receive donations and we are likely to have less storage space than we have had in past years. We would really appreciate it if you can:

  • donate more treasure, less trash
  • store your donations at home until closer to the Fete.

If you have donations set aside, bagged or boxed up securely with contents marked on the outside – but nowhere to store them or if you can donate floor space in your sheds or garages to receive neatly boxed and labelled donations – please contact us.

All donations must be in good and working order, with no missing pieces.

We want: We do not want:
  • Adults and teen fiction, children’s & recipe books
  • Household bric a brac
  • Games, toys, bikes, scooters
  • Clothing
  • Non-fiction, magazines, reference or text books
  • CDs, DVDs or videos
  • Electrical items
  • Items that are broken or have missing pieces

Thank you to everyone who has donated plastic jars and donations for our LUCKY JAR stall. Helen spent her school holidays putting together 85 jars, but she still needs heaps more – so please keep your donations rolling in.

Any kinds of clear PLASTIC jars with lids are suitable – any size, any shape. If every school family donates just two lidded, clear PLASTIC jars we can make our target.

We still need more donations of content to fill the Lucky Jars. Think lucky dip – small, novelty, colourful and fun. The options are endless – here are some suggestions: stickers, temporary tattoos, novelty erasers, lollies, chocolates, hair accessories, stamps, party favours, chalk, marbles, toy cars, bubbles, pencils, rubber bouncy balls, yo-yos, slinkys, whistles, play dough, figurines, mini Lego kits, lip balm, nail polish, beads and string, jewellery, craft items, footy cards, swap cards, playing cards, novelty stationery items etc etc.

Please bring all your plastic jars and donations to the school office.
