BAKERS – WE NEED YOU

Please sign up to fill our trestle tables with baked goods. No fresh cream, custard or cream cheese icing – but otherwise, pretty much anything else goes.  Bring your goods in on Saturday from 10 in the morning, with a label setting out the ingredients, your name and the date you baked – preferably with enough labels for each batch of your goods. We will be accepting baked donations all day – drop them into the Cake Stall when you make it to the Fete. Remember to sign up on our baking roster so we can thank you later.

Don’t forget to support our fundraising by purchasing tickets in our Major Raffle and Home & Garden Raffle and by selling these to your friends, family and work colleagues.

All money raised from these tickets benefit the school – so please, dig deep.

Pop by the stall and buy tickets in these raffles and check out some other great raffles we will be running on the day.

Also at the Major Raffle Stall this year

  • Hard copies of all the rosters  – together with a list of vacant spots. If you have an extra hour to spare, or your services are not required where you have signed up, come see me and I will happily slot you into a vacant spot
  • First Aid supplies
  • Lost Children – please tell your children to come hang out at the Major Raffle Stall if they get lost, and I will put them to work selling tickets until you come to collect them
  • Lost and Found
  • Sunscreen (yes, ever the optimist)

This year we will also have an ATM positioned conveniently close to the Major Raffle Table. It’s the place to be!

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer on our 2019 Twilight Fete rosters – you’re awesome.

Thank you to everyone who submitted forms to volunteer their services – we have tried to accommodate your preferences as best we could. With the Set Up spots very popular, we had to push some of you into later stall spots. If you have signed up using an email address or provided us an email address to sign you up, you will also receive a reminder about your spot(s) from me (gpacommunicationsofficer@gmail.com) through SignUp.  All our rosters – correct at 2.45Pm Wednesday – are included in the next section. Please take a look at these rosters and make sure you know where you’re volunteering.

Sign up on any of our 2019 Twilight Fete Rosters  and you will be entered in the draw to win a selection of great prizes to be drawn on Friday 1 November at assembly. It is just a small way of saying a big thank you for all of your hard work.

  • If you haven’t signed up for your 2 hours yet – check out the rosters below to find out where we still need volunteers.
  • If you are coordinating a stall and haven’t signed up separately for spots during the day – you are not on the rosters. Please sign up for any vacant spots that you would like to fill and send an email to gpacommunicationsofficer@gmail.com if you would like us to rearrange the rosters to make some room for you in other spots.
  • If you think you have signed up but can’t find your name (or if the details I have are incorrect), please contact me at gpacommunicationsofficer@gmail.com or on 0431 747 371.
  • If you have signed up to a stall and are asked to move to another spot – please understand that we are doing the best we can to fill the rosters, and sometimes stalls with more volunteers will need to help out stalls with fewer volunteers.

RIDES INFORMATION

Presale is over, but you can still buy all-day ride passes or single ride tickets to enjoy the following exciting rides at our 2019 Twilight Fete:

Individual ticket available for purchase from ticket booth only.
Can be used on any of the 5 rides		 $5
All Day Ride Pass (Wristband)
Access all 5 rides all day		 $ 35

Important ticket and ride pass information:
• All wristbands (including presales) are to be collected from the ticket booth on Fete Day.
• Wristbands are not transferable and cannot be shared between children – children must wear the wristband at all times.
• Camel rides are not included in the wristband or single ride ticket. Camel rides tickets can be purchased separately for $8 through the camel ride operator on the day.

IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO GET ON BOARD

If you would like to find out how to sponsor the Fete by providing a donation towards Fete costs, please speak to the Office or contact us.

For the amounts below, you can help us cover our stall costs (including raw ingredients, supplies and prizes). This means that everything raised at a sponsored stall is pure profit:

  • $150 per stall – Face painting, Henna
  • $200 per stall – Silent Auction, Ticket Booth
